I have spent many years working inside private clinics, so I know how quickly small things add up. A missed call. A patient who never rebooked. An enquiry that sat unanswered. I have been the person dealing with them.

The story

There were always
white roses at reception.

That was my choice. Nobody asked me to. I wanted people to feel welcome the moment they walked in, and to feel that the clinic cared how they were.

I worked in a private chiropractic clinic in North London. I started in reception and moved into patient care, administration and management support. I paid attention to small things. How the front desk looked. How a call was answered. Whether someone was asked how they were getting on.

That care for small details is what I bring to my work now.

Organised by Eliza provides remote support for private clinics. That includes patient reactivation and follow up, appointment support, patient communication and clinic administration. Patients hear from a real person, in your clinic's name.

The white roses look a little different now. The thought behind them is the same.

Beyond the work

A little more
about Eliza.

A few years ago I left London, became a mother and started building something of my own. I work from home, around a life that matters to me. It taught me a lot about managing everything at once and still showing up for the people who rely on you.

I am a wife, a mother to a toddler, and someone who cares about health, particularly mental health. I believe how people feel is closely linked to how well they are looked after.

I am currently studying Health and Social Care. I am still learning, but it has made me more aware of why clear, kind communication matters to patients.

It is part of why I do this work the way I do.

What I believe about patient care

The human connection matters
Patients notice when a real person has taken the time to speak to them. Systems are useful, but they cannot replace that.
First impressions count
Patients notice how a clinic feels from the first call or visit. A calm, friendly first contact helps them feel they are in the right place.
Wellness is personal
Patients return to clinics where they feel looked after. At a front desk or working remotely, a personal touch matters.
Your clinic, your voice
When I contact your patients, I do it in your clinic's name. I follow your tone and your instructions, and I ask when I am unsure.
