That was my choice. Not because I was told to. because I wanted every person who walked through that door to feel something the moment they arrived. That they were welcome. That this place genuinely cared. That they were home.
For 17 years I worked inside chiropractic and wellness practices. I knew every patient's name. I knew their story. I knew which ones needed reassurance before they had even asked for it. I knew when someone had a difficult week without them saying a word.
That is the extra mile I have always walked. Every call. Every booking. Every single interaction.
And now I bring all of it online.

about Eliza.
A few years ago, I made a significant life change. I left London, became a mother, and found myself building something of my own. working from home, on my own terms, around a life that truly matters to me.
That shift changed not just how I work, but why I work. It gave me a deeper understanding of what it means to build something from the ground up, to wear every hat at once, and to still show up fully for the people who depend on you.
I am a wife, a mother to a wonderful toddler, and someone who is genuinely passionate about health. particularly mental health. I believe that how we feel is inseparable from how we are cared for, and that belief sits at the heart of everything I bring to a clinic.
I am also currently studying Health and Social Care, which has deepened my understanding of patient rights, healthcare systems and the real human cost of poor communication in clinical environments. I am privileged to learn alongside remarkable people and from lecturers with extraordinary real-world experience.
None of this is separate from the work I do. It is exactly why I do it the way I do.
